Superior Roof Metals is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing customer accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments, and ensuring timely deposits of checks and cash. The AR Specialist will work closely with internal teams and customers to resolve billing issues, support collections’ efforts, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process and post customer payments including checks, cash, ACH, and credit cards
• Prepare and complete daily bank deposits accurately and on time
• Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable records to ensure accuracy
• Generate and distribute customer invoices and statements
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts
• Communicate with customers regarding billing questions, discrepancies, and payment status
• Assist with collections efforts while maintaining positive customer relationships
• Apply credits, adjustments, and write-offs in accordance with company policy
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve invoicing issues
• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation for audit and compliance purposes
• Perform other accounting or administrative duties as assigned

Company is hiring a Class A Driver / Machine Operator. This role involves picking and delivering orders to local customers, Onsite Roll-Forming, assisting Shipping and Receiving at times. The ideal candidate must have a valid CA Class A Driver's License, a safe driving record, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to safely operate warehouse machinery and delivery vehicles. Primarily local Bay Area jobs – Home Daily.

Schedule & Hours:

· Monday–Friday (occasional overtime as needed)

· Local routes only – home daily

· Typical start time: early morning (varies by route and jobsite)

· No overnight or long-haul routes

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Roll form onsite metal roof panels.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain DOT compliance.
• Confirm accuracy of shipment.
• Deliver orders to local customers.
• Deliver orders in a timely manner.
• Keep company vehicles / machines in good, working condition.
• Review deliveries with customers and have them sign shipping documents.
• All associated paperwork.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to all company customers.
• Always maintain complete professionalism.
• Perform physical tasks such as kneeling, bending, squatting, and walking in the warehouse.
• Experience operating truck with up to a 30-foot trailer.
• Provide support in Shipping and Receiving as needed.
• Unload shipments from Company production facility.
• Store/organize material at warehouse.
• Pick orders for Customers and loading onto delivery vehicle.
